By creating an account on toti80 you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, a resident of Indonesia, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and place bets on toti80. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be permanently closed and all funds returned.
Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000. Withdrawals are processed to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) within five minutes on average, subject to identity verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Sports bonuses carry a 10× turnover requirement; casino bonuses carry 30×. Wagering must be completed within 30 days. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. toti80 will never ask for your password via chat or email. Enable two-factor authentication for additional account protection.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the toti80 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. toti80 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 toti80 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify toti80 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 toti80 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without explanation, subject to the return of any Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure.
4.1 toti80 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before:

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time. toti80 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which toti80 accepts no liability.
5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Third-party transfers are not permitted. Processing times are as follows:
5.3 Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may experience minor delays due to interbank processing schedules. toti80 operates withdrawal processing 24 hours a day, seven days a week (WIB, UTC+7), and will notify you by email if any delay is anticipated.
5.4 toti80 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns are identified. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory resolution of any such review.
5.5 All transactions on toti80 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toti80 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
6.1 toti80 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
6.2 General Bonus Terms. Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, the following default terms apply to all bonuses:
6.3 Bonus Abuse. toti80 employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; wagering exclusively on low-margin markets to clear wagering requirements without genuine sporting intent; and exploiting promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, toti80 reserves the right to void any bets placed using bonus funds, forfeit the bonus balance, and suspend the Account.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds — after wagering requirements are satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal.
6.5 toti80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
7.1 All bets placed on toti80 are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations published in the Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
7.2 toti80 offers wagering across multiple product verticals including, but not limited to: sports betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia matches); mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting; live in-play betting; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery); live casino tables; and electronic gaming machines (slots).
7.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not considered accepted until toti80's system has confirmed receipt and issued a unique bet reference number. In the event of technical failure before confirmation, the bet will be considered void and any stake returned.
7.4 toti80 reserves the right to impose individual or account-level stake limits and to decline any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
7.5 Obvious Errors. In the event that a price, line, or market is published in error — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, or system glitches — toti80 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. toti80 will use reasonable endeavors to identify and correct such errors promptly.
7.6 Results and Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question. toti80 does not settle on the basis of third-party data sources where the official result differs. Settlement times may vary; toti80 aims to settle all bets within 30 minutes of the official result declaration.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toti80 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all open and settled bets, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
8.2 toti80 employs advanced fraud detection, behavioral analytics, and manual review processes to identify Prohibited Conduct. Where an investigation is underway, toti80 may temporarily restrict Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, pending the conclusion of the investigation.
9.1 toti80 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We require all Members to be at least 21 years of age and strongly encourage Members to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

10.1 All content published on the toti80 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, graphics, text, design elements, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of toti80 or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights to the Member.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of toti80.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toti80, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
11.2 toti80 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. toti80 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, third-party data feed errors, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
11.3 toti80's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits toti80's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting toti80 support at [email protected]. Upon request, toti80 will return any Real Money Funds balance to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
12.2 Termination by toti80. toti80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
12.3 Where an Account is closed by toti80 due to Prohibited Conduct, toti80 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceeding.
13.1 toti80 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — toti80 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to all registered Members before the amendment takes effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date. toti80 will return your Real Money Funds balance upon closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory standards and principles of general commercial law.
14.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of toti80's services, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. toti80 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within five (5) business days.
14.3 Arbitration. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
